The purpose of the 2019 Draft Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) Plan is to outline the City’s planned activities for the period between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019, as they relate to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit compliance. The City prepares and posts the draft SWMP Plan with the intent of soliciting feedback from the public relating to the planned activities for Permit compliance. The most current SWMP Plans are posted on the City’s website.
The annual draft Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) Plan is posted on the City’s website, and becomes final on March 31st. We welcome your input on the draft SWMP Plan.
