City Hall Facility Use Agreement and Application

Thank you for your interest in reserving one of our public rooms at Mukilteo City Hall, located at 11930 Cyrus Way, Mukilteo.  We have two main meeting areas that can be reserved in advance: City Council Chambers (Capacity: 60 – 75) and the Community Room (Capacity: 10).  Both are equipped with tables and chairs. Restroom facilities are conveniently located near both rooms.  We take reservations only within 90 days of your planned event, and the applicant must be at least 18 years old. If you are reserving a room after business hours, the contact must make arrangements to come into City Hall and pick up a special key that is programmed to allow entrance into the building only during those hours specified on the application.

Please read the City’s Terms of Use to reserve space at City Hall.  You will be asked to electronically sign the application (below) and agree to our Terms of Use before submitting your application.  Please give us 5 business days to respond to your request.  Your application may be subject to state public records inspection laws if not protected by other state or federal law.

Mukilteo City Hall Facility Use Agreement

  • Reservations are only accepted for the current month and two calendar months in advance. For example, starting September 15, rooms may be reserved through November 30.
  • Tell us about the purpose of your event, who will be attending and approximately how many participants you expect. Your event MUST be open to the public and no admission fee(s) charged. You may not solicit dues or donations, and no commercial products or services may be advertised, solicited or sold.
  • Enter the time you wish to have access to the building, including set-up. Rooms may reserved between the hours of 8am and 10pm, 7 days a week. If you are reserving a room during a business day, the City has the right to limit the number of participants to prevent a disruption in the conduct of City business.
  • Enter the time you will exit the building, including clean-up time. You must exit the building by 10pm.
  • We prioritize use of our facilities based on what type of event is planned. We do not make our facilities available for private, for profit companies or other private businesses.
  • The contact person/applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
