WELCOME TO ASK MUKILTEO!

We encourage citizens to contact the Mayor, City Council and City Staff through our “Ask Mukilteo” online system! If you want your questions answered about the City or need non-emergency assistance, we encourage you to use the link below.  Please expect a minimum of  5 business days for us to respond, which may be by email, phone or at your front door!

THIS ONLINE FORM IS NOT INTENDED TO FILE A POLICE REPORT OR REPORT AN INCIDENT IN PROGRESS, as this site is not monitored 24/7.

IF THIS IS A POLICE EMERGENCY, CALL 911.

If this is a service request for Public Works, please submit your request using the Fix It Public Works! link.

We have a multipurpose online web form for your convenience (scroll down the page a bit more).  Please select the type and topic of your request; we ask that you provide us with contact information so we can contact you if we have additional information or questions about your request. Each type of request will be sent directly to the relevant department. To use the online process, an email address is required.

As we receive more requests, we will be better equipped to service your needs and track requests for improved service. If you have any suggestions, please send us your ideas and comments. Thank you for using “Ask Mukilteo.”

PLEASE NOTE: Under Washington state law, email addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to a Public Records Disclosure Request, do not send electronic correspondence to the City. Instead, contact us by phone or in writing.
