Events in the Point Elliott Room

The Point Elliott Room is a large multi-purpose room with floor to ceiling windows providing stunning water and island views. Perfect for weddings, receptions, anniversaries, fundraising events, performances, recitals, business meetings and training sessions. The room boasts 3,500 square feet of floor space with an additional 1,500 square foot stage equipped with sound and lighting systems. The Point Elliott Room includes tables, chairs, and adjustable window coverings. The Point Elliott Room can be divided into half a room for smaller events Monday through Friday only. The room can accommodate 260 people theater-style or 216 at tables.

When can you book your date?

The Point Elliott Room is available to book up to 2 years in advance.

Important Information

• Please call to schedule a tour of the Point Elliott room. We can advise the best times to visit based on events scheduled in the room (call or email for this information). Weekends have limited availability for tours. 

• Reservations will only be accepted Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
  • Priority will go to people who book in person.
  • Emailed applications received that day will be accepted after all in-person applications are processed.
