Request For Qualifications – Conflict Counsel Public Defender Services

The City of Mukilteo requests statements of qualifications from attorneys experienced in providing Public Defender services for indigent criminal defendants. The City currently contracts for Public Defender services from Snohomish County Public Defense Association.  The City is seeking to contract with an additional attorney(s) to provide legal representation to defendants that are not able to be represented by Snohomish County Public Defense Association due to a conflict. First review of submittals will be August 8, 2023.
