Introduction: Requesting Proposals from Qualified Proposers for Solid Waste Collection Services within the City

DESCRIPTION: The City of Mukilteo (“City”) is requesting Proposals from Qualified Proposers for solid waste collection services within the city. This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is for the following services: residential and commercial garbage, recycling and compostables collection, and the processing and marketing of collected recycling and compostables (“Services”). The initial contract (“Contract”) term shall be for ten years, from September 1, 2019 through August 31, 2029; provided that the City shall have a unilateral option for up to two additional one-year Contract extensions.
