All proposals must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked in the lower left-hand corner: “RFP– Public Defender”. Three (3) copies of proposals must be presented.
DEADLINE:
All proposals must be received by Thursday, November 9, 2017, at 4:30 p.m., at which time they will be opened. No faxed, e-mailed, or telephone proposals will be accepted.
