Effective April 10, 2023, City Hall is open Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00 p.m.) and closed on Friday.

At the first City Council meeting of the year on January 4, 2016, Bob Champion was again selected to serve as City Council President for 2016. Steve Schmalz was selected to serve as Vice President.
The role of the Council President is to preside over City Council meetings in the absence of the Mayor, work with the Mayor to determine the agenda, and oversee Council Committees.
