Mukilteo’s annual “Spring Cleanup” will happen the week following the Great Mukilteo Garage Sale on April 29. The City of Mukilteo sponsors this annual community service for regular residential customers within the City limits in cooperation with Waste Management and Rubatino Refuse Removal, Inc.
South Mukilteo residents with Waste Management as their refuse removal company: Spring Cleanup takes place on your regular trash pickup day of Monday, May 1.
North Mukilteo residents with Rubatino as their refuse removal company: Spring Cleanup takes place on your regular trash pickup day of Wednesday, May 3.
ITEM PICKUP INFORMATION: Items for pickup must be bundled, boxed, or bagged and placed at curbside with your regular trash container. There is no limit to the number of bundles; however, each must be light enough for an average person to lift. Large quantities and large items must be placed on a public street where large trucks can easily pick up the items. No alleys or private streets please.
Branches and limbs must be wrapped or bundled in lengths of no more than three (3) feet. Large tree rounds or entire trees will NOT be picked up.

Items not accepted for this event: paints, solvents, pesticides, gasoline, cleaning materials, rocks, tires, construction debris or sod, entire trees or large tree rounds (not a complete list).
