The City of Mukilteo Municipal Code does not allow anything except rain water into the storm drainage system. The goal of the City's Spill Response Program is to keep pollutants from entering the our streams and the Puget Sound. This is achieved through source tracing, detection of illicit connections, and spill reports made by citizens.
If you notice anything that might have the potential to enter a storm drain, stream, pond, or roadside ditch and appears to be out of place please call 425-263-8088.
If you suspect the substance is a hazardous material, call 911 first.
You can also report directly to the Department of Ecology.
