The City of Mukilteo, Surface Water Division is initiating a Stream Education Scholarship to residents in Mukilteo. The scholarship will cover the cost of attending the “Watershed Education Experience” hosted by the Adopt-a-Stream Foundation located in Everett, WA ($100 value). This is a one-day course that allows attendees to dive into Pacific Northwest watersheds and the foundations of stream and wetland ecology in a hands-on field experience. By offering this scholarship, we seek to ignite a sense of land stewardship in attendees by illuminating the importance of stormwater interactions in our everyday lives. We encourage early applications. Ten scholarships are awarded annually.
Applicants must be residents of the City of Mukilteo. To apply please fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
