The purpose of the 2025 Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) Plan (PDF) is to outline the City's planned activities for the period between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025, as they relate to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit compliance. The City prepares and posts the draft SWMP Plan with the intent of soliciting feedback from the public relating to the planned activities for Permit compliance. The most current SWMP Plans are posted on the City's website.
