Overview
The Parks and Arts Commission consists of seven members who are appointed by the Mayor and subject to confirmation by the City Council. Duties of this Commission include advising and making recommendation to the Council for the management, control, improvement, beautification and planning of all city parks and of all play and recreational grounds and facilities.

Meetings can be joined in person, online, or by phone. The Zoom link and call-in information is typically available one week in advance of the meeting. Future meeting agendas can be found on the City's Agendas and Minutes webpage.
Public Comments
The Parks and Arts Commission appreciates hearing from the public about items on its agenda or other City matters. The public may comment in-person, remotely, or via written public testimony, which must be received by 4 pm the day of the meeting and will become a permanent record.
Please submit public comments to the staff contact or mail/drop off at City Hall (11930 Cyrus Way, Mukilteo, WA 98275).
