The main phone line at the Police Department is 425-263-8100 and is answered during all normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4:30 pm (excluding holidays). There is a voicemail box for use after hours; however, all callbacks will be made during the above business hours.

    Please complete this form to the best of your ability and submit it to the City of Mukilteo. Staff reviews each request or complaint to determine whether it can be investigated by the City or referred to another agency. The goal of the City is to work with the property owner to obtain voluntary compliance. If a resolution cannot be reached, the City may begin formal enforcement proceedings.
