Picnic Shelters

Rentals

Three Shelters are available for reservation use May to September each year. Small Shelters Number 1 and Number 2 have a maximum capacity of 16 people each. The Large Shelter Number 3 has a maximum capacity of 48 people. Reservations for each season opens on January 1st. Bookings can be made a minimum of 2 days prior (when available). Reservation cancellation policies are strictly enforced. Aside from extreme weather conditions, exceptions cannot be made for circumstances beyond our control. Book your event with us.

Reservation Policies

Parking Fees are not included in your picnic shelter rental. Amplified music is prohibited. You may bring your own BBQ less than 36 inches by 30 inches in size. BBQ are not permitted inside the covered area. Please do not cook on top of plastic tables. Reservations are for the shelter only. Restrooms and grounds adjacent to the shelters are open to the general public. Renters are expected to clean up after each booking.

Beach Volleyball Court

Rentals

The beach volleyball court at Lighthouse Park is available to rent by the hour, offering a fun and active way to enjoy the waterfront. The court can be reserved daily between 9am and 10pm. The official reservation season runs from May through September, ensuring the best weather for outdoor play. Reservations must be made at least two days in advance to allow for scheduling, and the system opens on January 1st each year, giving groups and individuals the opportunity to secure their preferred dates early. Whether for a casual game with friends, a team practice, or a community event, the court provides a scenic and accessible location for volleyball enthusiasts of all levels. Reserve online now.

Historic Light Station

History

The Mukilteo Light Station, built in 1906, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. One of the few wooden lighthouses in the Pacific Northwest, the Mukilteo Light Station is operational with a fixed Fresnel lens and a modern fog signal which helps boaters navigate during bad weather. The Light Station includes the Lighthouse, the Keeper’s House, a Gift Shop and beautiful surrounding grounds. The Mukilteo Light Station is owned by the City of Mukilteo and managed by the Mukilteo Historical Society.

Rentals

Mukilteo Light Station provides a beautiful location for an outdoor wedding, military commission, or memorial service. The rental of the lighthouse grounds includes access to the lighthouse, restrooms, and a changing room. Light Station Reservations may be made up to a year in advance and reservations are available May to September. Wedding Circle

Rentals

The Wedding Circle at Lighthouse Park may be reserved by the hour, with a minimum of three consecutive hours required to allow time for set-up, the ceremony, and clean-up. Reservations must be made at least one week in advance and can be booked up to one year prior to the event date, giving couples the flexibility to plan ahead. With its scenic waterfront backdrop and open-air design, the Wedding Circle provides a beautiful and memorable setting for weddings, vow renewals, and other special celebrations. Banner Frames

Rentals

Banner display space is available at any of the six city-owned banner structures and can be reserved through our online reservation system. These structures may only be used to promote messages and events that are local, open to the public, and organized by a non-profit organization, ensuring community-focused and accessible programming. Reservations start each Monday at 12pm and end the following Monday 10am. Reservation are available online for the following banner frame locations:

• Beverly Park Rd - Banner frame on the corner of Harbour Reach and Beverly
• Goat Trail - Banner frame near Mukilteo Speedway and Goat Trail Rd
• Hilton Inn - Banner frame across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn off Paine Field Blvd
• Olympic View - Banner frame locations next to Olympic View Middle School.
• Staybridge Suites - Banner frame across the street from Staybridge Suites, on the corner of Mukilteo Speedway and Paine Field Blvd
• Walgreens - Banner holder on the corner of Mukilteo Speedway and Harbour Pointe Blvd above the Walgreens
