| Mukilteo Gateway & Park Signs Project | This project includes the design and installation of new welcome signs and park signs at key locations. | Summer 2025 |
| South Mukilteo Park | This project includes the addition of playground structures, fitness equipment, park amenities, park signage, dispersion trench and underdrain pipes, evergreen trees, and pedestrian lighting at South Mukilteo Park. | The project has 100% design and specifications and is fully permitted. The project construction is on hold due to funding. |
| 47th Place West Pavement Preservation | The project includes a grind and overlay of 47th Place West and 106th Street Southwest, as well as adding a south bound bike lane and Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon crossing. | In progress |
| Waste Water Treatment Plant | The project will realign drainage to Big Gulch that has caused erosion near the access road to Mukilteo Water and Wastewater District. | Completed |

| Chennault Beach Stormwater Repair | The project will upgrade, replace, and repair drainage on Chennault Beach Drive. | Completed |
| CIP Project: SW240101 2025 – Catch Basin Repair project | In August 2025, construction will begin on the repair and rehabilitation of 15 stormwater catch basins at various locations throughout the City of Mukilteo, as identified on the attached location map. These repairs are part of the City's Annual Catch Basin Repair Program and are necessary due to subsurface settling that has compromised the structural integrity of surrounding infrastructure. Work at each site will include the removal and replacement of damaged curb, sidewalk, and asphalt in the immediate vicinity of the affected catch basins. | SR 525 Spur Vic to Mukilteo Ferry Terminal – HMA Paving and ADA Compliance | This project will repave, with Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), and construct Americans with Disability Act (ADA) upgrades on State Route 525 from the SR 525 Spur Vic to Mukilteo Ferry Terminal. | 2026 - 2027 |
SR 525 Mukilteo Bridge Over Railroad – Bridge Replacement | This project will replace the State Route 525 bridge overcrossing the BNSF railroad in the city of Mukilteo. | 2024 - 2028 |
