Join Snohomish County Human Services and partners for workshops for adults, and games for children and youth on Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 10am – 4pm at Evergreen Middle School (7621 Beverly Lane, Everett). Free pizza from 11am – 3pm.

10:45am – 4 different sessions with topics: parenting young children bullying, signs and symptoms of depression and anxiety, and building a better relationship with your teen
11:30am – Disney Movie: Inside Out
11:45am – 4 different sessions with topics: attachment & bonding, growing up LGBTQ, mental health in schools, and suicide prevention
1:00pm – Special guest, motivational speaker and former NFL player Trent Shelton will connect with youth with his enthusiastic, uplifting and empowering message.
2:15pm – 4 different sessions with topics: infant & toddler mental health, music therapy, how to talk to kids about drugs, and sex trafficking risks
2:15pm – Disney Movie: Inside Out
3:15pm – 4 different sessions with topics: Parenting is stressful!, empowering young women, Adverse Childhood Experiences, cutting and self-harm
