Coming Soon – New Waste Management Services for City of Mukilteo

Beginning September 1,  Waste Management will provide collection services to all residents and businesses in the City of Mukilteo. Residents and businesses in north Mukilteo who are current Rubatino customers will transition to Waste Management in mid to late August.

Service Transition Timeline

  • The week of August 5, Waste Management will mail residential customers a new services packet; commercial and multifamily unit customers will be visited by Waste Management representatives on site to discuss the transition from Rubatino.
  • We invite all residents/business owners to attend National Night Out at the Mukilteo YMCA from 4 – 7pm on Tuesday, August 6 to learn more about the enhanced services for all residents and businesses.
  • The week of August 19, new gray garbage, blue recycling and green yard waste carts will be delivered to residences.  Rubatino has shared customer information with Waste Management, and WM will deliver the appropriate cart(s); business customers will have their large containers changed out as well.
