Today, there was an accidental break in the fiber optic cable that supplies internet access to City Hall; this interruption also affects City email.
Our broadband contractor is working very hard to get us up and running as soon as possible, and we will send out a new message once internet services have been restored.
What Does This Mean to YOU?
No internet access means that if you try to complete an online form to apply for a City board or commission, complete a Fix It! or Public Records Request, the form may not process and you may not receive confirmation. Service from the City will be delayed until internet is restored. Once we have internet restored, we will do our best to respond to all online requests. We appreciate your patience until this issue has been fixed.
