The Mukilteo Planning Commission will be discussing a preliminary draft of the Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) at 7 PM on October 15, 2020. The HNA provides information on people living and working in Mukilteo, the existing housing supply, and housing needs in Mukilteo. It will include data and community input and support future work on strategies for addressing housing needs in the Housing Action Plan. Planning Commission will review and discuss the information provided by staff. No decisions or formal recommendations will be made to City Council until after a public hearing is held in Spring 2021.
