Invitation to Bid on Decant Facility

Project Description: The work to be performed under these specifications consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for construction of stormwater decant facility located on the City’s existing Public Works Maintenance Yard at 4206 78th Street SW on a single 4.89-acre parcel in the City of Mukilteo, Snohomish County, Washington.   All of the proposed improvements will occur on the 4.89-acre parcel. These improvements include new five-bay covered decant/vehicle storage facility, relocating eight uncovered material storage bays, expansion of the existing asphalt for additional vehicle/equipment storage, associated utility improvements including a stormwater detention/water quality vault, and miscellaneous electrical and plumbing.
