Bloodworks NW will have a bloodmobile at Mukilteo City Hall, located at 11930 Cyrus Way, Mukilteo, WA 98275 on Monday, August 19 from 9 to 11:30am. Walk-ins are welcome, but it is advised to schedule an appointment online, or visit or visit schedule.bloodworksnw.org with sponsor code 2006.
Why donate? The El Paso blood center provided more than 240 units of blood for the victims. Bloodworks Northwest stands ready to assist if called upon to provide emergency shipments. Local blood supplies for some blood types have been hovering at one-or-two day levels all summer, and area hospitals have determined that a 4-day supply is necessary to respond to emergencies.
