The City of Mukilteo is seeking citizen input on the DRAFT 2020 Stormwater Management Program Plan (SWMP). This SWMP Plan outlines the City’s stormwater program activities for the period between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020. These activities are intended to help protect our waterways by meeting the requirements of the City’s National Pollutant Discharge and Elimination System (NPDES) Permit.
Under the NPDES Permit, if the City takes certain actions to minimize stormwater pollution, the City of Mukilteo is allowed to discharge stormwater to waters of the State (i.e., local lakes, streams and Puget Sound).
