The Civil Service Commission consists of three members who are appointed by the Mayor for six year terms, subject to confirmation by the City Council. Duties and responsibilities of this Commission include adoption of rules and regulations to carry out the purposes and intent established under MMC 2.62, and to conduct Appeal Hearings or other matters as may be referred to the Commission.
