The Mukilteo Transportation Benefit District (TBD) was establisher by the Mukilteo City Council on April 3, 2017 with the adoption of Ordinance No. 1399. The TBD is a quasi-municipal corporation and independent taxing district that can raise revenue for specific transportation projects.
