Mukilteo Stands Behind Youth Exclusive Film Event
April 3 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
The Mukilteo Youth Advisory Committee (MYAC) is hosting a free, one-time exclusive showing of “Suicide The Ripple Effect“ as a community conversation and connection about suicide awareness and prevention. A GoFundMe page has been set up if you would like to donate to offset the cost of renting the film. This event was originally scheduled for February 13 and has been rescheduled.
This film was made by survivor Kevin Hines to reduce the number of suicides and suicide attempts around the world through the sharing of stories and recovery. A panel of mental health providers will open a community discussion and be available for questions and comments.
Doors will open at 5:30pm, and the film will begin at 6pm. This is a free public event, refreshments will be provided.
