The City of Mukilteo is seeking input on the issue of Short Term Rentals (STRs). STRs are housing units located in residential neighborhoods that are rented out for less than thirty days through services such as Airbnb and VRBO. Currently, STRs are prohibited in the City, but the City is considering whether to update its regulations to allow them, and if so, what rules should apply.
The survey will be open until October 13th.
