UPDATE: Effective 5am September 2, this burn ban has been lifted.
Effective 2:00pm August 18, 2016 and until further notice, there is a burn ban in effect for ALL outdoor burning until further notice within the City limits of Mukilteo. This ban includes all open flame fires, charcoal barbecues and fire pits, including those at Lighthouse Park. Backyard BBQs using natural or liquid propane gas are ok.
NOTE: Even though the temperatures have been lower and we’ve seen some rain, the burn ban is still in effect.
